Chris is a proven senior executive, C-level advisor, and Board member with extensive experience leading global organizations through critical business and technology transformation initiatives. Working with top leaders, boards, and investors, he has successfully helped guide organizations through large-scale change and built a demonstrated reputation for delivering high-value results. Chris has direct international management experience spanning five continents and currently serves as Managing Director of Transform. As an executive advisor and coach, he is passionate about helping clients and team members achieve their greatest potential and fulfillment.
Chris has served as a Pediatric Nephrology Mentor for the National Kidney Foundation since 1998 and has actively participated as an Alumni Mentor for both the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School and Oxford College mentor programs at Emory University since 2004. He currently serves as an Independent Director and Chair of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for Volato Group, Inc [NYSE: SOAR], is an Advisory Board Member for the Atlanta Community Food Bank (acfb.org) and Executive Advisory Board Member for the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, and is a past Board Member for Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MACOC), MACOC’s Technology Marketing Council, and Venture Atlanta.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Marketing Distinction Certificate from Emory University’s Roberto C. Goizueta Business School. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Acceleration Process Facilitator, holds additional certifications in Program Management, Design Thinking, and several software delivery methodologies, and has attended executive development programs at both GE and Accenture.
