Chris has held executive roles spanning technology, innovation, commercial leadership, and operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Taleris – a GE & Accenture JV, Etihad Aviation Group, and Accenture. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility leading work in digitization, acquisition integration, program & project management, strategic programs, global business planning, and competitive intelligence at Motorola and GE. His client and operating experience spans government, aerospace & defense, aviation, transportation & logistics, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and technology organizations.

Chris has served as an Alumni Mentor for Emory University's Goizueta Business School and Oxford College since 2004 and as a pediatric nephrology mentor for the National Kidney Foundation since 1998. He currently serves as an Independent Director & Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for Volato Group, Inc. [NYSE: SOAR] and his prior Board service includes the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Technology Business Management Council, Technology Association of Georgia, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce & Technology Marketing Council, and Venture Atlanta.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with Marketing Distinction and has attended executive development programs at GE and Accenture. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Acceleration Process Facilitator, with additional certifications in program & project management, Design Thinking, and software delivery methodologies.

Outside of work, Chris and his wife have two adult sons and enjoy spending their time between Atlanta and Savannah. Music has also remained an important part of Chris's life; he attended music school and studied classical voice before pursuing business, was a member of an alternative-rock band that received regular airplay on Atlanta's 99X during the mid-1990s—and since 2010 has served as frontman & lead vocalist for a professional show band performing at corporate & private events and opening for nationally touring acts at 4,000+ seat venues.

Since 2020, Bart has advised public- and private-sector organizations on major strategic initiatives, investment decisions, organizational transformation, and issues involving government and business. His clients have included local and State economic development organizations, multinational technology companies, and major logistics providers.

Previously, Bart served as Chief Operating Officer for the State of Georgia, with operational and managerial responsibility spanning more than 60 agencies and authorities and more than $25 billion annually in federal and State taxpayer funds. Working closely with agency heads and their leadership teams, he helped drive statewide priorities, represented and negotiated the State's interests in the $1.2 billion Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and led efforts to strengthen Georgia's emergency preparedness and rapid-response capabilities. Bart also held senior leadership roles with the Georgia Ports Authority, where he led economic development and State and local government affairs and worked with customers, communities, and government leaders to expand the Port's economic impact.

Earlier in his career, Bart held executive roles with AGL Resources during Georgia's transition to a deregulated natural-gas market, helping shape and implement the new operating and regulatory environment while maintaining effective service delivery through a significant industry transition.

Bart currently serves on the State of Georgia's Coastal Marshlands Protection Committee and Shore Protection Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Lottery Corporation. He previously served as Chairman of the Savannah Harbor Innovation Partnership, Executive Director of the Savannah Logistics Innovation Center, and President of the Georgia Conservancy.

Bart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

From 2013 through 2021, Kevin served as Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Georgia Secretary of State, where he helped drive organizational, process, and policy transformation while implementing major systems improvements for the State's constituents. He spearheaded the initial assessment of the Professional Licensing Boards that established the foundation for broader modernization across the Professional Licensing Boards, Corporations, and Elections Divisions, including the development of an integrated portal serving professionals, businesses, and constituents.

Earlier in his career, Kevin served on Align Technology's executive team with responsibility for operations and technology, helping position the company for early funding and its eventual initial public offering. Kevin subsequently served as a Principal Consultant and Senior Advisor across operations, product management, supply chain, automation, and technology. At The Home Depot, he led the implementation of Centers of Excellence across global procurement, resulting in more than $350 million in annual savings. Kevin first joined Transform as a Principal in 2007 and contributed to significant technology and process transformations across multiple clients. Before joining the State of Georgia, he served as a key member of the Delta-Northwest merger team responsible for one of the largest maintenance and engineering systems integrations in aviation history.

Kevin earned an Executive MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Auburn University.

Kevin lives in Atlanta with his wife where their household has almost always included rescue dogs or cats – and sometimes both. An avid reader and book collector, Kevin's interests range from mysteries and biographies to business, history, space exploration, and NASA. He loves traveling and exploring new places, Auburn and SEC football, running and the occasional 5K, and spending time outdoors. When he's home, Kevin can usually be found working on a house or yard project, tackling something that probably would have been easier to hire someone else to do.

Before joining Transform, Mauricio served as Director of Workforce Readiness at NTT DATA Services and a Senior Principal in Thought Logic's People & Change practice, leading enterprise-change initiatives for clients including Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Principal in the Human Capital practices of RGP Consulting and Midtown Consulting Group, he supported large-scale technology transformations, developed reusable transformation tools, and served in transformation-leadership and chief-of-staff roles for Novelis, Amazon Web Services, and Assurant. Earlier in his career, Mauricio held positions of increasing responsibility at IBM, Digital Interactive, Deloitte, and Newell Rubbermaid across organizational development & transformation, product development, digital media, and global learning.

Mauricio's commitment to community service and philanthropy is reflected through his active involvement with organizations dedicated to strengthening and supporting local communities. He is an active volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association – supporting caregivers and families navigating the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia while providing guidance and support within local senior care communities – and mentors entrepreneurs through Emory University's Start program. Mauricio previously served on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Advancement Committee for New American Pathways – a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping refugees resettle and build successful lives in Georgia – and has volunteered with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Latin American Association.

Mauricio earned a MS in Design & Digital Media from Indiana State University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Florida Metropolitan University. He is a certified Ken Blanchard Leading People Through Change Trainer, an advanced practitioner of DISC, Birkman and Lencioni models, holds additional professional credentials in risk, project, and change management, and is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mauricio and his wife live in Atlanta, where they enjoy traveling and share a passion for music and the arts. They especially enjoy experiencing Atlanta's vibrant cultural scene, including performances and exhibitions at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Ballet, and High Museum of Art.
